USTA League Team Captain Applications — Winter 2025 Season
Beginning with the Winter 2025 season, BTC invites members interested in captaining a USTA league team to submit their details by filling out the form below or email to btcleagues@gmail.com.
Note: Each member may captain one team per season, unless no other captains are available.
BTC League Request Deadlines

| Spring | April – June | February 25 |
| Summer | June – August | April 25 |
| Fall | September – December | July 25 |
| Winter | January – March | November 25 |
Deadline
- Submit your request by November 25, 2025.
- After collecting all requests, BTC will review court availability and confirm which teams can move forward.
- Approved captains will then receive approval to register with the local USTA League Coordinator.
